पश्चिम बंगाल बोर्ड ऑफ हायर सेकेंडरी एजुकेशन द्वारा आयोजित हायर सेकेंडरी एजुकेशन (कक्षा 12) परीक्षा या किसी मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड/परिषद द्वारा आयोजित समकक्ष परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होना चाहिए।
स्थानीय भाषा का ज्ञान आवश्यक है.

Calcutta High Court LDA Salary 

लेवल – 6 (रु. 22,700/- – रु. 58,500/-) जिसमें न्यूनतम वेतन रु. 24,100/- होगा, साथ ही अन्य भत्ते भी मिलेंगे जो संबंधित नियमों के तहत अनुमत हैं।

Calcutta High Court LDA Age Limit 

आयु 1 जनवरी 2024 से 18 वर्ष से अधिक और 40 वर्ष से कम होनी चाहिए (पश्चिम बंगाल में एससी और एसटी उम्मीदवारों के लिए 5 वर्ष से अधिक आयु सीमा में छूट दी जाएगी)। विकलांग लोगों के लिए अधिकतम आयु 45 वर्ष तक बढ़ाई जा सकती है।
